Moovboard is a web-based platform for creating, sharing, and collaborating on visual moodboards, operated by Moovboard LLC

2. User Access

2.1 Guest Access

• Create one moodboard without registration
• All data stays local in your browser
• Features limited to creation and editing

2.2 Registered Users

• 30-day free trial with full access
• Choice of one-time payment plans:
  • 1-year access: $12 (regular $16)
  • Lifetime access: $20 (regular $30)
• Create and publish unlimited moodboards
• Team collaboration features

3. Content & Usage Rights

3.1 Your Content

• You retain rights to content you create
• You must have rights to use embedded content
• You grant us license to host and display your content

3.2 Acceptable Use

• No illegal or harmful content
• Respect intellectual property rights
• No unauthorized automated access
• No interference with service operation

4. Service Availability

4.1 Infrastructure

• Service hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure
• Database services provided by Supabase
• We strive for but don’t guarantee 99.9% uptime

4.2 Data Storage

• Unpublished content stays in your browser
• Published content stored on secure servers
• Regular backups of published content

5. Payment Terms

• One-time payment, not a subscription
• Clear pricing without hidden fees
• Refund available within 14 days
• Payment processed by secure providers

6. Account Termination

We may terminate accounts for:

• Terms violations
• Illegal activities
• Extended inactivity
• Service discontinuation

7. Limitations of Liability

• Service provided “as is”
• No warranty of uninterrupted service
• Not liable for third-party content
• Liability limited to paid amount

8. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms
• Notice provided for significant changes
• Continued use implies acceptance

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be resolved in Polish courts.
